Richly detailed tower, especially at the base and top. One of the best buildings in Dallas (Fountain Place is my favourite) 8.5/10

It looks much shorter than 225m - doesn't soar very well. It's also a bit "uncool" ... seems to be lacking style. |

It really doesn't work for me because it's too fat and not tall enough for it's desighn and just really doesn't seem cool. I don't like how it's colours either. 4.5/10

8/10. I like the Keyhole top to Chase as well. Not to boxy, not too bulky. I'm ready for JP Morgan Chase to allow auto companies to make keys that resemble the building. lol

get rid of the hole and it's gonna make a huge difference. i might give it 8.5 if it's not for that hole.

A nice tower in Dallas, but seems like it belongs more in Houston or Chicago. I give it an 8/10.
