I like it but I really hate how it doesn't look finished and it's top looks a little ugly to me from afar. 7/10

The building's overall form is nice but I don't like the holes in the side - looks like it's been damaged in some way.

The "spire", if you can call it that, is a bit pathetic.

I'm not overly impressed, but it's not all that bad. Just average I suppose.

One of my least favourite really tall ones in Melbourne. Looks dated already, and seems a little cheap or something too. Melbourne would look better with mostly dark towers.

I love the spire and facade, but the holes take a lot away from the building. I give it an 8/10.
