Er... yes, apart from the fact that all these styles of architecture that we see around the world are derived from schools of architecture which base their theories and practices on the political and social context surrounding them.

Even if you see a glass box skyscraper, you can be sure that its design is almost entirely a reflection of culture.

I did a VERY quick and hurried count of cranes from that pic....and i counted 27 cranes give or take.....

don't like the design much but the tower is proving to look better than the renders. it is going very good.
