Will the clock be built before the tower is topped out, or will it be built as the tower rises?

And of course you're not nobody for making somebody to shut up. Only MODS can do it.

Two questions
-When will the expansion of the Holy Mosque will finish?
-Is Mecca completely forbidden for non-muslims? I'm not Muslim but I'd love see these magnificient buildings, specially the Holy Mosque.

PS: That's a forum of architecture, it's not a forum nor religion neither politics.
The expansion of the Holy Mosque will take a long time, from ,my understanding the expansion will be done in stages, there have just finished the expansion to safa and marwa ( the long straight side of the mosque) it now has 4 floors and is wider, and yes you have to be muslim to enter Mecca

If anyone was offended by me mentioning Las Vegas I apologise. I have no disrepect for any religion, it was just architecture which is an objective thing.

I guess that observation pad at 558 would become the highest observatory in the world. Is it going to be a public observatory? Nice diagram !

Bullshit. Stop talking about politics and governments. It's not relevant to the subject.
