At first I imagined a helicopter would put it in place because I thought there would be no way the cranes could reach high enough to install the cresent, but now I see they could.

If it keeps increasing like this, it could beat Shanghai Tower and Tokyo Sky Tree.
But I think the top part above the clock would like out of proportion, not in harmony with the lower part anymore.
