Oh wow that is some ugly looking building you 've got there..

But also really impressive! Good thing they built it (reminds me of some science fiction comic).

It's a Muslim thing, you wouldn't understand it

"It's a Muslim thing, you wouldn't understand it"

There's a lot of things about muslims I don't understand. But as far as my previous question goes....I reckon it makes the geezers who watch the moon look important. That's what any religion is all about after all, making the "messengers" look important. It saves them from having to do any proper work like ordinary people.

bad answer....

we can use calculations (its not wrong), but its alot better to see it with the eyes just like what the prophet did. we love to follow the prophet. not a big deal

even non-muslims understand how huge it is to be a "messenger" weather u believe in them or not.

how is it better to "see it with the eyes"? calculations are far superior. plain and simple logic dictates that. i dont understand how you could argue this.

like i said

anyway, it will be a long story to explain why it is important to follow the Prophet (peace be upon him). Religions which followed the whims of their "saints" innovated until the original version became non-exist.

Please read how Mohamed lived his life even though he was the leader of Arabia (or any other Prophet whether it be Noah, Abraham, Moses or Jesus, peace be upon them). it is not good to talk about something you are ignorant of.

Please don't argue about religion, is meaningless since everybody has the right to follow any ideas and believes.

I don't agree with parsonsnose but I still respect the way hi thinks because I must.

Wow so many non-muslims obsessed with muslims. Dear God. If you don't like the building, muslims or muslim tradition - you can keep on yelling about it like a child and derail the thread. Or you can act like a mature person and don't even open this thread.

Well you don´t have to thank the media... But it´s no wonder that some muslims became bitter and cold because the public opinion make the muslims equal to terrorist, which is very stupid opinion. You can all thank to the people that DO have this opinion and to anyone who murders in God´s name (not just muslims, Catholic church is pretty skilled with that)

I think this is a topic which we should discuss anywhere, no matter the thread. We all know that the religious institutions have always been at the bottom of dirt since we obeyed a first supreme existence. So I think it´s wiser not to associate your faith with some religious institution. It´s all about who is good or bad person, no matter how many prayers you know.

You will have to behave and treat other people nicely so you will not be scared in front of God during the last judgement no matter if you are christian, muslim, jewish, hinduist or atheist. I think God (if he exists) would be much more proud of you if you do not follow some religious institutions and still preserved you moral code. That´s it.

Anyways, I am not muslim so I don´t have to be scared of seeing this building, so
