are those pics of the light test or from yesterday? Because 1t midnight, there were no beams and no crescent lights.

24/7 live feed from Makkah ( an official saudi government channel dedicated to the grand mosque ) :

you can see Abraj Al-bait every now and then .. the camera even zooms in on the clock sometimes ( especially during the time of Adhan or the call to prayer ).
it's a great way to see the towers progress in real time .

Majestic. In this last picture, you can really see the sheer scale of the whole complex and the clock, with the small buildings on the hill in front of it. Wow!

i dont want to sound rude with my little knowledge, but is ramadan the celebration where the millions of muslims come to mecca? aka the biggest celebration or am i mistaking it?
