^ oh I see, you were right, its a guy. Probably some indian labours/cleaners. It is still so dangerous up there though. some wind can easily knock them and make them fall

This tower is huge. Allthough I feel architecture wise it could have been more islamic especially considering the location. To me it looks like Big Ben + empire state with some islamic architecture on the top portion.

Just putting a crescent moon at the top doesn't make it a Islamic architecture. This tower would have suited London more than Mecca.
