actually plaza rakyat had resume back since 2004, but it had a problem between the old contctor with a new developer..currently our new Federal Teritory Minister vows to solve the problem as soon as possible in order to increase public transpot eficency in KL.The 90 storey office tower (400m+) will make KL skyline much more better.
