Philadelphia Worlds Tallest

City Hall at 548 feet is the Worlds Tallest Masonry Building without Steel in accordance with the Pyramids of Giza, Big Ben, etc.. This building is solid concrete up tp 22ft at the base to sustain the weight of the building. They used steel beams in place of solid concrete to support the weight of buildings in modern buildings. Do you think another creation could topple City Hall at 548 feet of Concrete Support. The Worlds Tallest Masonry Building Without Steel Frames?
