One place where it will look good from apart from the obvious aspen way is the road from Excel coming back towards CW, I will get a pic from there later if I have time Oh and you can now see the floor plates, and my do they make the tower look slender.

BTW - I noticed in the homes & property section of the ES that Barrett are marketing Elektron -the 3 towers (rising upto 24, or was it 28 storeys!?!?) & they had a web address as well but it hadn't been updated when i checked it.

www.barretthomes.co.uk/Elektron

The rendering in the ES made them look quite nice- but mre of your usual blocky apartment blocks-not a patch on Ontario but they will bulk the skyline next to Ontario.

Not many more floors to go now... the core is up to level 25 with two more in the core box leaving 4 more floors to pour, apologies for the poor pic quality

Latest image taken from East India DLR station, you can clearly see the shape of the tower now, and just how slim it will be! oh and floor 26 now on the big core

I had a ride on the DLR and took quite a few images of which I will post later

I am sure it is. Fire Regs stipulate in a building 4 storeys or more (I think?) that there should be a second (at least) fire exit.

wow. lovely pic.

Doesn't really add to the skyline from there though. This should of been much taller, although I guess LCA doesn't exactly help.

Nice picture but the way it's taken makes Ontario Tower look taller than 8 Canada square. Looks very American in that pic.
