not sure... those theme park prjects are still in the early stages, so no details yet. actually i've heard about theme parks proposal in Penang since a long time ago. i'm so unconfident that this will be carried out anytime soon

the parts where there are only 4 lanes (2 lanes each way). they will expand to 6 lanes. the only part which will not be expanded is the middle span where it is already 6 lanes

yeah, many unbuilt projects those already under construction are rather old and boring projects.(with the exception of Times Square) the interesting ones are all not built yet

i got Sri Kristal's brochure in my letter box quite a few times hehe...

i don't like Sri Kristal actually. it is supposed to be a luxury condo but the design is the same as those midium cost apartment around it

Ya Agree ~~ in fact i spoke with the sale guy same thing but he keep promoting with it's "Excellent indoor facilities" the rendering for the outlook seems quite boring they actually mentioned that this is the first "high-end" project in Farlim

maybe the units will sell well as RM140K for a "luxury"condo is very cheap
