Have you guys seen THE COVE at Tanjung Tokong?

4 pretty tall towers. From RM 1.1 M onwards if i'm not mistaken.

yes i think it will be another new mall...
but, i have no idea how is the rendering..
but i think it is enough shopping mall for penang now..they should turn it to be like the KL Cineleisure..

Built more cinema pls..hehehe...cos when i went for movie, it is always fully booked..

Great updates Adam!

Komtar should just use their money to renovate their current premise first lah.....then if got extra they should redo Prangin Mall also. Their current plot of empty land should be temporarily made a green lung or a garden pending when they have enuf money then only built lah. The empty pieces of land next to Komtar are certainly eyesores

PDC said before, this year will spend RM10 million to renovate the Komtar

agree so much. they did mention about renovating KOMTAR in the beginning of the year but i doubt anything will happen anytime soon

the current plot of that space was a car park. i think they would wanna earn more money than to turn that place into a garden.
