This looks like on hold recently, and the \y have redesigned it, removing the arched white bands on the front of the tower

Cladding is indeed progressing, but what the heck are they doing with the formwork on top? Will they build those floors or what, especially now that the cladding cought up already.

The concrete part yes, but there will be a steel roof feature, to complete the design, as seen on the renders
