Yes you're right.

The paralel road on the right has 2 unidirecetional lanes (The opposite direction flow runs on a 3 lanes road behind the towers) complemented by a row of parking on each sides, one being parallel and the other in front of the towers, being angled.

The paralel road on the left (Rose Rotana side) is a 1+1 lanes road, so the flow of traffic runs on both directions. On both sides of the road are angled parking places.

They should make it a raised highway. That way people can more easily cross from one side to the other. They would have a park underneath or something.

i think it would be very annoying to have a park underneath an 11 lane road with traffic noise and a concrete roof

aside from this surely one or two more footbridges in this area are needed, even if only for tourists.

*nods* Why am I thinking some sweeping curved bridges to connect both sides together? Bridges to make a turnaround would be nice from one tower lane to another (as others said, the roads that serve more of the towers directly), but even a bridge wide enough for a lot of foot traffic would help immensely. That, or very large and open underground crossings.

I have a big doubt, I love this city, but this they are the parkings?, for which they can't construct undergrounds as in my country?

Becouse there is to much underground water in the aerea and it costs less to buy the land for the separate parking building, then build underground (constant dewatering, extra excavation cost, expensive pit sealing and waterprofing, much much thicker raft foundation to supress the water pressure trying to push up the structure)

Also keep in mind that plot sizes there are very small so you can't build a wide plazza to accomodate extra parking. However this is done in other parts of the city.

The parking buildings look very nice, but if they build it underground, they can use that terrain for parks or anything else.
