Empty Space?

Does anyone know what is planned/happening in the space next to the new court house in roma st? Looks pretty dull at the moment.

I noticed the other day that there are demountable offices like they usually have on worksites at the transit end of the site, not that it looked like they were doing anything. Not sure what they are for, the only thing I can think of is that they are for the bus tunnel maybe!?!?!?!

Personally I think that that would be a great place for some open space with that area starting to show signs of taking off with the Transit Centre, Evolution, the site next to the Heritage listed department store building etc. This would also add value to the area especially if they want to turn Roma street into a tree line boulevard
