Whats funny is that the sales office, they dont speak Thai...which is so "lol" and the price starts from 125000 Euro for 1 bedroom.

Slaes office is temperary closed for Pattaya Songkran Festival and will opens again on April 20th.

To me it is quite unacceptable that in the sales office they do not speak Thai. Not only does this mean that they are not employing Thai, but also that they are pitching the sales exclusively to foreigners, or to wealthy Thais on the assumption that they prefer to communicate in English. What about the 49% quota?

I dont know, but ofcourse they have staffs that speak Thai...it's just that I called when they closed so only the head staffs were standed...

Yes, it's about 5,800,000 baht for 1 bedroom. But compare to The Sails. It's actually a lot cheaper. The Sails now price for a studio bedroom starts from 7 million.

^Well, I don't take side but I think this is world-class project nah. I also think that their target market group would surely be foreigners.
What about 49% quota, I have no idea.

I'm not sure about the 49% qt. But seems likely they have some way out of it since most/all of their View Talay condos projects are around 80% sold to foreigners.

They may help customer registered their rights as a company limited.

why everyone's saying that this one should be in BKK.
come on guys....why everything cool has to be in the capital only.
I think Pattaya deserves it and BKK has better chance to get even the taller one.
I'm glad that there are more than just only one Thai cities with impressive skyline.

yeah, you right, its good that not only Bangkok is developing in a nice way.I would like to see Phuket town get a lot of tall modern highrises as well.I think it would fit in nice there, like a Singapore copy. Thailand will be a better place with more developed cities. Now its only Bangkok that is hyper cool and modern but the rest looks kinda old, feels like you are in Laos or something.

i agree with Ten and Rayco. Why must a tall and majestic building always be in Bangkok. I think it's a pretty good idea to built it in Pattaya. It might turn out to be a catalyst for more such skyscrapers in Pattaya.

c'mon, we are all happy for Pattaya.
See how much I'm excited, I posted in here more than any other thread.

People has been waiting for so long to see sth that can beat BaiyokeII in BKK, but finally, it's Pattaya!! I am not surprised that everyone surprised.

I didn't expect this before. Even North Point is beyond my expectation.
