Hey Devin, way to try to destroy ANOTHER KC thread.
YOU and Urban Sophist from STL make such great tag team

In the meantime here is a new residential tower approved for downtown KC.

17 story condo tower proposed by Accardo and DST at Broadway & 18th.
This tower is phase 1 of a full-block project that will have 4 total buildings.

LOL approved? No, it's not approved, it's proposed. Only proposed... Right now, it's hitting a minor roadblock because the people involved with the Performing Arts Center are complaining that it's blocking their views, although it won't block it's view of anything remotely important or interesting.

This is a great project for Downtown, but I'm hoping the idiots at the PAC don't shorten it...

This project isn't new btw, it's been around for the past couple months.

Blockhead....

It was approved by the Planning & Zoning Committee and recommended to full council. It's a done deal.

When did you see that? Channel 2? If so, then put it on the main forum please, so everyone can see/know.

Also refrain from personal insults or I will report you. Lets try to keep everything civil.

historybuffer, this isn't really close to the Power and Light district, 1800 broadway is about 4-5 blocks from it (diagonally). But it's still good for Downtown. Especially the Crossroads district.
