One of the ironies of NYC real estate: it looks like there are high rises from every decade of the postwar period all around the Kent, yet the Kent looks less dated than any of them by adhering to a prewar style.

Nice! And for those that don't know, the rail yards in the foreground of the first pic are the 'Sunnyside Yards' that Mayor de Blasio wants to deck over similar to Hudson Yards to create tens of thousands of housing units (30% affordable).
