This building is great. Very clean, sleek and streamlined. I wonder what the area per floor is though, it must not be very large.

Something that's intrigued me about this tower since seeing so many updates is if anyone might know why the front and backside of the tower doesn't seem to have any hotel rooms directly perpendicular to the corewall on two sides? I can see all the rooms on the sides of the tower but it just seems strange that the developer wouldn't ensure rentable rooms going all the way around each floor. Unless those empty spaces are used as an architectural atrium / balconies on each end, or other feature of the tower's interior, it just seems a bit different to me.

Look at the upper portions of the tower where the glass hasn't been installed yet - you can see huge vertical spaces there in the middle of the tower. Does anyone know if that'll become part of the hotel's service areas or again, if it's just purely architectural.

Don't mind that it has space like that but again, just curious. Thanks!

Boa!! You can see Al Attar Tower in this picture. Only one tower between the two giants. Imagine this in 1 year.

There are no "huge vertical spaces" anywhere in the tower. What seams like that is just becouse the flooring is not done yet.

As for the "empty spaces" there will be an internal access corridor/hall going all around the central core (where the lifts are), so everything is a usable space.

Thanks AltinD. It was just confusing to look at even though I thought it wouldn't necessarily end that way when construction is done.
