The White Building is the Ghaya Residence with 131m and 34 Floor ( 1997 ) and the building with the Golden Things is the "Al Attar Tower" with 130m. It has 32 Floors
(1997).
P.S.: it has a small Supermarket in the Ground Floor.

welcome to the forum.

indeed this is correct, the buildings inner part is closer to the core, which makes those steel bars necessary. they are just not parallel to the core walls.

this tower is too thin to be this tall, IMO. I would prefer if it was in a different spot so they had more space to make floors wider, but w/e its cool looking.

Central core is on the 69th level, so just one more to go.

The central core has jumped yesterday on the 70th and final floor. If no floors were added on the design, we can expect them soon to start constructing the top, curved dome-like part and then the spire.

From what I saw, the top is almost leveled with 21st Century top of the spire, so I can say the building is 260 meters tall.
