The tower was supposed to be G + M + 70 Floors, but at the moment it is G+M+ 72

Then I fell asleep in her arms.
That was happiness then.

Amazing news altin

and the core still looks like they could add another floor.

so either there was just a slight mistake, e.g more M floors or anything like that, a redesign happened and it will be taller

or they initially built that other design which is taller, we have a render of it...

Hope it will be the 380 meter version. But the above one looks not bad too.

Actually when the tower was first anounced in 2003 they said first 380 m and after a couple of weeks they settled on the 333m figure.

on the render it looks like over 350m but not on the construction photos. so I think the rose tower will become only 333m tall

when developers or architects mention numbder of floors, its basically the actual office or hotel or resi floors. they tend to exclude plantroom sect. so rose r could have 75 in total. which rise up inside conical top section.
300m in one year has to be a record?

Actually, there are 3 sections occupying 2 floors each (total 6 floors) that have x-crossing metalic structure.

I don't know their use, most propably as structural stabilisers against lateral forces, but that space is not usable.

If that's the case, there should be 70 + 6 = 76 total floors (excluding Ground and Mezzanine), and if tower is now on the 72nd level of the car, we can except it to rise for 4 more.

To correct something that was said here: In one year (365 days), this tower has risen vertically 260 meters only, thanks to the tiny floor plate aerea and the metalic structure.

These floors could potentially be usable for accomodation purposes but more than likely will probably accomodate plant or possibly be used as refuge floors in case of fire or other disasters. This is a safety feature that is becoming standard in the very highest skyscrapers u/c now such as SWFC and US7.
