Richard, there are actually 2 sets of mechanical floors with 2 un-numbered floors each, so 4 mechanicals + 4 on the bottom, it makes 8 in total which brings the total to 44 levels on top of the core.

lol, its approx 40 levels/180m high. so 20 more levels and another 180m. so about 50% construction complete.
