You rarely see skyscrapers that organised and with so much space in between, JLT will sure be something when they are done with landscaping, infrastructure and so forth. Really something.

Kind of sucks there isn't any street activity, just a bunch of towers. Guess everybody just drives there.

Just like the towers surrounding it, it's not much to look at.

I really like the design of this building. It may be my favorite in Dubai. There are some other excellant buildings as well, but not the one directly in front of it ... I think they call it "The Palladium" -- a boxy banal thing.

The last floorplate is different than the others so it takes more time. Some rebar left to continue with concrete.

The proportions on this building are great, especially considering it's surrounding buildings. Another home run for Dubai.

Is that a light rail line being built I see in most of these pictures? I see pillars that look like they're made for some type of high speed or urban rail.

What do you expect? He's from Belgian where their lack of tall buildings causes them to be excessively grumpy...

The Palladium it is...One of the worst designs in JLT and at 140m it just looks like a spruced up British council flat...Although , according to this , it's sold out...http://www.gowealthy.com/realestate/...dium/index.asp

Certainly makes Almas stand out more...

Pictures from the dark side of Almas tower Not many pics from this side really. Just wondering, why is the core formwork still up there?
