if this tower is 60floors should be approx 250-270 metres. almost a mid sized tower for dubai standards.

This building looks very unique. I would love to stay there sometime. How would this hotel compare to one like Burj Al Arab? I know the Burj Al Arab has alot of status.

Look at the lower levels and the podium area plus the blade and spire. 306m seems short.

there are 24 towers over 300m APP/UC/COM in Dubai. no wonder u haven't seen them all

give or take a few, not all might be built (for example Najd's plot was appearantly sold to another developer), but there are more in the pipeline.

April 16th is the latest picture so far. You can't really make out much however.

This is probably my favorite tower underconstruction anywhere right now!! I absolutly love the massing and how the base works with the rest of the tower.

Architect is ATKINS, the same firm that designed the Burj Al Arab Hotel.
