god, emaar knows how to pick its architects and designs. there top quality, top design and top everything! i love this and all of their projects! there the only comapny that employs foreign building inspectors!!!!!! Nakheel usually gets locals who just say ok, some guy who came from england inspected a nakheel building, and previously the lowest rating was 53, but this guy gave it a -12!!! -12!!! NO JOKE (see al burj thread, future wtb). I worry immensly about the quality!

Good job on those pictures Halawala, ZZ-II and Imre!!!!!!
Thanks for posting them here!!!!

The building realy starts to get nice into its final shape.
Never been into a higher building then 186 meters tall (The Euromast in Rotterdam) and this thing is "just" a hotel off 306 meters!!!!!

I really like the design, it's beatiful, tall and amazing... although this building is dwarffed by the Burj... anyway, a great building

Great to see some facade coming on, hopfully Burj Dubai does the same, can't wait

(just a fact... don't you think the swiming pool is quite small.. for the size of the hotel.. look at the first render)

I insist, the swiming pool is way too small for the hotel, I've been to beach hotels which are a LOT smaller and have a bigger swiming pool, just take a look at the first render and judge it yourself

This place is awesome, even though it's not the tallest, it's still one of th best in Dubai without a doubt.

Nice updates, thanks to those that posted them.

my first time running into this thread....therefore a comment in needed...anyway...overall the building is nice execpt for tha half crown with twin spire look...all or nuthin boys....moving on nice curved shape gives a different look for the city of tall pencil thin 2235 A.D. buildings already u/c or built....however tha clad/facade/skin will tell if its a winner or weener
