This may souynd ridiculous but for many monts now the top of the BD Lake Hotel looked familkiar to me but I couldnt work out what it was that it reminded me of... until now

It sounds silly but I wouldnt be surprised some inspiration was taken from the head of Anubis, the Egyptian God of the dead...

Nice updates Imre!!

I realy would like to see it from the inside one day.

Laying on bed watching the BD and then stand up, walking towards the window seeing the lake and the mall!!!

Is the Dubai Mall Hotel topped out?
It's almost done..

And exactly, the BDLH looks very smaller than Burj Dubai

Yes. This building is almost done. In January, maybe we can see the facade completed. I remember, one year ago, this building was 250 meters less.
