theyy have now FINALLY started on level thirty two. cladding is up to level 12 i think...

What you really mean is that the floor 32 is FINALLY done and they started work on the 33rd. As for the cladding, it has gone up to the 28th.

The type of glass they decided to put on there looks unique. Alot of skyscrapers today are going up with almost fully reflective bluish glass while this type is more of a gray. Looks really nice.

Of course, the main render shows some kind of louvers going over the glass on the lower sections. Anyone know if they are still going to put those on?

... as in transparent.

However when the internal division walls will be done, the transparency will be gone. I must say though that not only from the pictures, but even from the road a couple of hundreds meters away, the glass is almost invisible.
