yes the top 5 floors have a different configuration, so once the core frame is adjusted the top floors willr ise and then top out. i reckon july/august.

sorry, but i haven't been following the construction progress of this tower, but how wide is The Index at its widest point?

The widest point is the bottom. Its 95 meters wide.

Unbelievable to see life still go on and strong despite the fact that almost the whole City is vibrating from all the construction sites (so many of them), I can't imagine how people feel to live there , exciting , frustrating or just normal ?

its alright. it feels normal, like anything you get used to it. I just cant wait till its over so i can see dubai without the mass of construction.
