Dubai International Financial Centre will have underground traffic, parking and pedestrian zones, so it must be part of that.

i think this will be either the pedestrian zone with mall to left and right or the underground car park access ramp.

however it is more likely this will be the access ramp probably, since it leads to Doha street, resp to the current road behind SZR skyscrapers.

This is one of the widest buildings i've seen, Just look at those multiple cores!

Why is there an absence of floor plates in the middle section? Is that some sort of elevated area or atrium?
