The duplex apartments on top will have a plunge pool with jaccuzies in their balconies.

Those are L-shapped just 17' x 6'7" (5.2 x 2 meters), more of a bigger bathtube in your balcony then real swimming pools.

i think it looks ok. however in my opinion, Q1 and Eureka mop the floor with it as far as residential design goes.

well i think many residents that now live in the burbs. They have never had option of highrise living until recently. i reckon they will love it, especially when they see the units will make $$$.

OMG, i am shocked i thought this building was already 3 or 4 floors up. There are millions of towers going up in dubai its hard to keep up. LOLZ
