Dude, i have read all posts. Everyone is thinking the board drawing has slope which is not the case. Board drawing is exactly how its progressing. There are no slopes in the drawing that is on the board. It only appears in the photo taken by someone standing very close to a very tall board at ground level.

hold on

They have stuck a vertical blue LED strip somewhere on the structure, so it seams the tower will have them (similar to what the Grosvenour House Hotel nearby)

Ah - here comes cladding for 23 Marina... the walls will be almost white. But the glass panel is quite different from the single one that has been there to the right for months: it looks darker and has another segmentation.
