We do,especially if it rains/snow a lot in winters.

in summer 2000,i was there in august and there was snow everywhere.

Hassoun is right. It was freezing up there and my friends and I were all bundled up in hoodies and sweaters (yes i know the person in the pic is wearing a sleeveless shirt, he was just nuts). It was a nice retreat though from humid beirut.

In Lebanon it snows in September in the highest summit which is Qurnet el Sawda , i think we posted pics from September 2008 somewhere in this thread.

I think it's the Lebanese side of Mount Hermon but could be Barouk Mountain as i can see what coould be Barouk Cedar forest on the slopes.

i know those slopes anywhere.. its Jezzine lol , my hometown

, u can see the waterfall in the middle of the pic in the forefront covered in snow is the Rihane mountain and mount Hermon in the back

Did it snowwww ?????It's not that cold in Beirut ,I remember last year this time around we were freezing .Oooh btw I loved the last photo ,although I'm not a real fan of isolated places but I loved it ,it's soo cool to go to places like Jezzine once a month or so to get away of all the traffic and noises in the city

yeah it snowed but as for the freezing thing u have a point each year is hotter than the other due to global warming but these 2 days its freezing in beirut well however its christmas time it should rain a little bit !!!!! i never saw it raining since winter started
