Approved- 4 CHURCH SQUARE
Conversion of offices into condominiums

The refurbished faade will feature Juliet-style balconies with stunning views onto historic Church Square which is currently being upgraded into an attractive public meeting space with trees, benches, lighting and a slave monument. This project launches in August, and a rendering should be available at that point, and will be posted.




Completed- 34 ST. GEORGE'S MALL
An eyesore of an office building becomes a highly successful and surprisingly attractive loft-condos development







The lofts, which were added as an addition to the top of the building. Note the warehouse-style loft windows:
