Yes you can only do that when you have scaffolding up. Especially on a building like this.

The BArclays reclad Lewisskinner? I really like it, thinks it looks lovely. I like the shape of the building too as you come across the tram or up from Park Square in the car.

Noticed the other day whilst stook in traffic on Commercial Street that there is a little (what looked like dead end) alley just after the old Barclays building. Looked like there was some ye olde building tucked away down there, but I didn't get chance to look properly as the traffic moved and I never go down that way on foot.

You learn something new everyday. And it increasingly seems to be something Muddycoffee tells me.

Gah It would look decent if they did the rest of it! (Not great, but decent. In the same way the arndale reclad isn't great, but it's decent).

It's offices with retail and ground level right?

Really? Seems like a bit of an oversight...

Yeah, Retail down Arundel Gate would be great. - Yet it seems to be neglected in several places, OneEleven, The Moor, - what retail is going in the Stpauls place car park/city lofts, if any?

it would be nice but it's probably not really necessary. it would be great to have shop lined streets all over town but i doubt there's the demand for it. oneleven is only a small block anyway. i can't see the harm in having a tidy office frontage there instead of shops.

St. Pauls Car Park is a casino facing Arundel gate, and City Lofts has retail space facing it, but I don't think they've let it out yet.
