Back to Marina 101 location!
Looking at its small base in comparison to the large plot size, I guess a couple towers could squeeze in.
Watch that space, as they say!!!!!

This should answer the question. There will obviously be another tower - probably a supertall I would imagine - on Plot23H. The idea with this block must be to create for Dubai Marina a 'Hong Kong' type skyline.

This will undoubtedly be a spectacular sight when everything is finished, - the area around phase 1 already is when approaching at night - but there will probably not be much sun at street level!

Yes just been working on it, have used the plot behind Naj as shown on the map by Dubaiflyer. Is this ok? Any other towers I should add, remove...I can't keep up!

The other towers look like dwarfs in comparsion to this, espcially the one next to ocean heights.

Well its twice as tall as the towers in front, the perspective angle from above makes it look bigger still as it appears bigger the further up the building you go.

Well i think it's meant to be the tallest Hotel in the world which is currently held by the bruj al arab what a shame for that masterpiece to be replaced by a tower which is as square as a square can be

Good point...resized it slightly so they are approximately the same height.

Yeah, but I think we can delete Najd Tower. Don't think the tower will look like this one in the model.
