Ma Wan is such a disappointment. They could've done with more spaced out towers to create a more comfortable, lower density living environment, like discovery bay, but perhaps with even better planning, instead they built just another housing estate.

Actually, Ma Wan is really serene and is extremely spacious. It's just like a resort. The towers are very short and the views are quite good - you get ocean views on both ends. Too bad it's right below the flight path though.

Yea, but it's a whole line of buildings... still too high density imo, of course, it's sort of an actual residential complex as well, so I can understand, but from the air they look too close together.
