HkSkyline, I took this picture of Tsing Ma Bridge when I was in HK on June 18, 2011. It seems there was some kind of incident. Can you tell me what it was ?

A bus driver suffered from a stroke and fainted at the wheel at around 4pm yesterday, crashing into a truck and then the bridge's guardrail. 3 vehicles also crashed from behind, including a tour bus, single-deck bus, and a double-deck bus. 21 people were sent to the hospital. 小巴司機中風釀三巴串燒 2011年06月19日   【本報訊】青馬大橋發生驚險交通意外，昨午一名私家小巴司機駕車途中，疑中風暈倒，小巴失控撞向貨車再撞欄，事件導致尾隨三輛車，包括旅遊巴、單層巴士及雙層巴士連環相撞，車上乘客如「搖骰仔」，共有二十一名男女包括小巴司機受傷送院。 21人傷車龍三公里 昨午四時許，一輛接載遊客的私家小巴，由大嶼山沿青嶼幹線前往青衣，途至青馬大橋中段時，六十歲司機疑中風暈倒，小巴失控撞前方的貨車，再撼向橋邊欄杆停下，車頭損毀。此時，一輛旅遊巴士從後駛抵，司機見狀急將車煞停，惟尾隨一輛由馬灣開出的單層巴士疑收掣不及，司機急扭軚閃避，但左車頭仍猛撼旅巴右車尾，單層巴士上乘客紛紛仆前，有人撞向前面椅背受傷。 與此同時，一輛開往大角咀的雙層城巴亦疑收掣不及撞前，釀成三車「串燒」，單層巴士如「三文治」被夾在中間。意外中，連小巴司機在內，共有二十一人包括九男十二女受傷，年齡由六個月大至六十四歲，全部傷者由消防員救出，坐在路邊由救護員初步包紮後，再送院治理。受事故影響，現場交通大擠塞，車龍綿延三公里，一直排至欣澳交匯處，當局為疏導交通，開放大橋下層供出九龍車輛使用。 |

Yes, I took the shot at 4:43 PM (from the Airport Core Program Exhibition Center) so it matches perfectly !

It shows why China is the best country around the world. It's looking amazing Chinese's bridges. It can solve the problem of heavy traffic jam. There is lots of space for too much vehicle's transportation.
