actually its not dead. KB pulled out and according to TOMdowntown on SSP, he spoke with lennar and they said that a new developer is about to be signed and that the project is not dead.

So Fig Central ain't dead, that's good. Someone at SSP said that they would like to see a park there. I wouldn't, think it would kill the corridor, it has to be dense.

^ That's not final design for Zen. It also mentions that construction started on 2006. Am I missing something here??????

what if in the next 20 years los angeles has a lot of high rise buildings
after all it is the second largest city after new york but i dont
think that would matter

Incredible changes coming to the city!

Here is a couple of pics, I took this sunday, when I went to the Walt Disney Concert Hall for a great concert of Baroque Latin American, and early California music, by The Los Angeles Master Chorale, Musica Angelica, (a group from Santa Monica) where I live. It was great, super, wonderful!. . . . Enjoy!
