The location of the tower is pretty bad, is this like a residential?

So is it just a myth that nothing is allowed to be built in Rome taller than the dome of St. Peters Cathedral? Or is this outside the city limits so those restrictions do not apply?

Its great to see Rome getting some modern skyscrapers, and this is a nice looking building.

I can't tell from the CGI renders; not enough detail. Looks like a lot of concrete though.

The form is more like what we see built in The Netherlands or Holland.

That's a good news for ROMA even if I don't like the design at all.
The area is also strange for a highrise, is that a developing area??
