The Signature tower was also featured on the cover of the Nashville Scene for the "Best of Nashville" issue. Tony G. and his team have done a fantastic job of establishing this tower in the consciousness of the city when it's featured on publications as being already completed right next to the batman building and L&C tower.

I think the top of the building should be re-designed, too many buildings have top like that.

It is being reported on the Urban Planet site that Signature Tower's groundbreaking is now scheduled for December.

There is a new model of the project in the Sales center. For comparative purposes, the shorter of the two building to the left of Signature Tower is 404 Ft high (123 Meters).

At a glance the building in the lower left of Signature Tower looks a little like Chicago's NBC building. Nashville is very fortunite to have such a great addition to there city. Though I am getting a little tired of more and more buildings being built with tall fancy spires. This one doesn't bother me all that much as the Burj's...

Wow, that's relatively affordable. (For a tower; less so for Nashville.)

Penthouses are going for $3-10mil in Baltimore, and we're not even NYC/SF.

My thoughts exactly. Plus the penthouses on this tower are significantly higher up than the vast majority of all penthouses in America. Figure that in with the fact that Nashville has a large wealthy community for its size and it is easy to see that the few million plus dollar units are easily within demand for this area.

Actually the penthouses in Signature (top six floors) all occupy an entire floor and are priced from $5,000,000 up. The 70th floor penthouse is sold and went for about $7,000,000.

Ah, that makes more sense.

Given the height difference between this tower and the rest of the city, I'm sure the view will be unbelievable.

I hope they will break the ground in December for sure! *Keeping the fingers crossed*

The price range is almost same as my city, Seattle, Washington. Its depends on location.

Is this december groundbreaking for real or another rumor going around? Also, they're giving away free lexuses if you buy a condo and sign a two year lease. That's a craaazy good incentive to buy!
