I reckon in the future the southern side if vic square will catch up to the northern side! with developments such as this one!

im surprised were getting something 40m that far down.

what are the height limits here?

They have been rescently increased the 13 story office I think (not sure of the height limit in m though?)

I love it! But I'm not to sure about the white area with little square windows. But its great!

I love the design of this new building, it will certainly add some much needed height and density down the southern end of the city.
I hope it turns out just as good as the render shows it, and if I had to judge by the render alone, it gets 9/10 from me.

minus the multicoloured walls and the copper shiny thing at the front. if air had neutral colours then, ye, i guess it would look the same.
