It's just a mini Sports City Canal..
not the main one (which might not happen in our lifetimes)

The Sports City canal (which is really small) is just in the middle of Sports City.
Hopefully they will fill it by the time Expo comes ...

Most likely the DSC canal will just have paddle boats and some boat tours like in Downtown Dubai by the Burj

I will take pictures hopefully this Saturday morning

any idea how long the process takes from the time they receive completion certificate to the time of handover? and what is defined as 'completion'?

are there any updated pictures of the internal of the building and amenities?

Venetian building looking great!

I think when they put water in the canal ,prices will increase / probably decrease for those not on the canal side.

Maybe DSC know this, unsold stock all on the other side.

I suspect some people will prefer a Golf Course View which is perhaps more scenic on the back of the building. Each to their own..

Until landscaping.. or the development is finished... I think both sides don't face anything exciting at the moment

One side construction then golf course....
Other side empty canal and desert...

Above 15 floors on venetian will have views as anything lower will only have buildings view as nearly all golf views now taken by ,Chess Tower,Zenith Tower,Eagle Heights and Olympic Park Towers 5/6 .

ALL well u/c

Each to there own has nothing todo with it!

But big difference in price when selling or buying especially when the wet stuff hits the canal and abbras (boats) paint the scene !

Each to his own as you say?

I agree, but assume one is investing here for the medium to long term then it has to be the better option.

i seem to remember the price for palm apartments on the trunk with sea views where almost double those without.

thanks for the great pics ...

Page 21, last post....depends which apartment you have I suppose but looks like you see the golf course to me...i will anyway!! if I am a golfer I would prefer a golf course view, no ? Each to their own as I said.... Difference in prices, goes without saying with any apartment, in any part of the world....the floor, the view, the amenities, the location... not sure on the point you are trying to make, every investor knows this surely lol..lol..lol...! At least we are now seeing the end in sight irrespective...can't wait to enter the kebab shop and order food!!!!

Golf views in CRW will be lost once all buildings complete in front of golfcorse as explained above, well i suppose they will have partial golf views depending on location.

thats my point MC,i don,t have any investment in CRW so not an issue for me.

i still have a great interest in all things Dsc ...but i can now tell it as i see it !...not let the blind investors/developers/ property sales people B/S my view.

Canal side of course
