Shennbop, I don't think you are always biased when it comes to your own country. Some buildings here I really hate, some I love. I can be critical about my own country.
But I understand your point...:-)

Its very much got the boxy netherlands 'look' too it. It is by no means ugly but I wouldn't say its the most amazing design, in many ways it looks very 70's 80's corporate. I think it mostly depends on how the facade looks, those stripes could look quite cool, they look good on buildings like Tower 42 (london). Quite like the overall massing and presence on the skyline though.

I like it. Seems fairly understated and classy. I think someone's mentioned it already but it reminds me of a PS2.

This can be moved to Construction Updates now, since (according to Heipaaltje) it's been approved! They should start building on this extremely difficult site soon.
