New/rebuilt airports in the Philippines

Does anyone know the latest schedule for the Santa Barbara airport near Iloilo? The Mandurriao airport is already the 4th-busiest airport in the whole Philippines, and Panay really needs the new airport!

Which other airports are under construction or under renovation in the Philippines, aside from the work at NAIA?

bacolod (silay) will get a new airport in 2007 (being constructed now). davao has a new terminal and longer runway since 2004. puerto princesa will get a new terminal 2008. caticlan (boracay) will be updated 2006-7. kalibo is getting new landing lights 2006. laguindigin (spelling?) will be built newly 2008 (near cagayan de oro). cebu mactan will get a second terminal within the next 2-3 years. diosdado macapagal i. a. is supposed to get a new terminal too. naga/legaspi has plans to build a new airport (within 5 years).

and finally manila will tear down terminal 3 and close down to all traffic (if they continue the way they are doing now.....just a sarcastic joke)

The one for the Bicol region will be in Daraga, Albay, I think. Panglao Island in Bohol province will also be getting a new international airport. Construction will start late this year I think.

About NAIA 3...time is ticking...it's only six years before NAIA is expected to reach capacity...even maybe earlier since terminal 3 isn't working at all.
