Are you sure it was for the east darling harbour exhibtion- the big model of the whole of the CBD where a lot of pics of the models on this thread is from or is it/was it something different??

It is something different london lad ie this one:

There is the permanent model display on the ground floor, open Mondays to Firdays @ Town Hall House ie this one:

Yes, the atriam, below the main tower component for 33 Bligh @ street level is about 50m high and will include entrace/s to the lobby to the elevator lift wells to the above 27-level tower component.
