By one of those cranes, then probably a 3rd crane or helicopter. Just stay tuned for more info in the future.

How will this giant effect the real estate around it,
will this increase or decrease the value of properties in the area?
And will more trains stop at the station next to TST?
I know that good train-sevice sharply increase home value
in Japan and Tokyo. /thank you..(someone?)

Increase property values..this is near Asakusa and will increase the amount of tourists there!

Japan doesn't have a 'national' height limit, but there are many local height limits in place mostly because of proximity to an airport. Most of Tokyo has a height limit because of Haneda airport, the Sky Tree is far enough from the airport to not have a height limit and is to far away from the main business centers to have an actual supertall skyscraper on this location.
