And that's virtually impossible with so many landowners, or at least something for the long run with.

@denvise, after the war Tokyo developed around the railways and especially around the Yamanote circle line. Sumida just lies to far away from the important railway lines, therefor it didn't develop as much as all the current famous places on the Yamanote line.

i think the location its good place...cause theres no tall building surround it...

The Tokyo Tower is still taller with it's 332,6 meter

2/25, the crane jump started 1 day early (the schedule was Friday)

Great updates! I heard that crane operators make over 100K a year in USA. I don't know about what salary is like in Japan.

This is the first time I have seen or heard of this project and I am absolutely gobsmacked! All I can say is there is no city I want to go to more than Tokyo, and this project has only incited me more.
