Stunning design but unfortunately it won't even reign for a single day as WTB... Burj Dubai's completion is due on Dec 31, 2008.

I doubt that this tower is possible to name a skyscraper it reminds me a broadcasting aerial with two observation decks

SO? the Tokyo Tower looks like the Effel too but its taller and more modern.

I dunno... the Sumida Tower looks kinda ugly and boring. It seems like an Eiffel Tower wanna-be. They should really be more innovative and original in the design.

I think Sumida tower has nothing to do with Effeil Tower, the shape is really different. The aim is totally different, the material as well....and of course the heigh is different.

I think its kinda wierd they are building it in this area of Tokyo. Its kinda a bit out of the way, not that central or exciting from my experience. The busy end of Asakusa and the railway stations are all on the other side of the Sumida, correct?

Oh well, magnificent building, cant wait to go up it.
