This Spring, maybe earlier.

Tobu released a couple of press releases with more info about and the names of the whole complex:
http://www.tobu.co.jp/file/3113/101227_2.pdf

The whole complex is called

Tokyo Sky Tree Town

The tower will be called (no change here):

Tokyo Sky Tree

The office tower will go by the name:

Tokyo Sky Tree East Tower

All the shopping and other commercial areas at the base of the tower and the top of the office tower will be called:

Tokyo Solamachi 東京ソラマチ (translated: Tokyo Sky Town)

The smaller one of the 2 train/metro stations next to the complex will also get a revamp.
http://www.tobu.co.jp/file/3114/101227_1.pdf

It will be renamed from Narihirabashi Station to:

Tokyo Sky Tree Station

This could become misleading since it will only be the 2nd station for the complex. Oshiage Station on the other side of the tower is connected with 4 lines that also go directly into the city and therefor will be more interesting for tourists and other visitors. But since Oshiage station is owned by Keisei Railways and not by Tobu railways they must have given the name to the smaller one that is owned by Tobu.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The heroes building the tower will be getting a well deserved but small break during the new year. From 12/31 until 01/03 there won't be any work done on the tower. That's still 3 days of work this year and then 4 days off before they can start again to finish everything before the end of 2011.
If I'm counting right, after they finish the latest array, they'll have 288 antennas up there. Nice start.
Solamachi? OMG!! Sky is SORA not SOLA!!! I never will understand their problems with R and L, I know that in japanese that sound is R, so please japanese people, write your words with R not with L!!
I will hate that name (Solamachi) forever and ever T__T WHY?¿?¿?¿?
The other names are cool :P
